Digital Marketing Coordinator
Snoring needn't be boring. Help us sell sleep.
- Melbourne · Hybrid
- Full-time / Part-time
- $70K–$80K + super
Rhinomed makes medical devices that go up your nose or over your mouth so you can breathe, sleep, and stay quiet at night.
We're hiring a Digital Marketing Coordinator to help us sell more of them, and give snorers and their partners a better night's sleep.

On the range: $70K–$80K + super is the budget, and might mean a junior full-timer, or a more senior person on part-time or flexible hours. We're not locked into either model just yet, so if you're interested, we'd love to hear from you.
The Rhinomed team
Small team. Big digital footprint. Lots still to build.
We're a lean consumer health company selling across a range of channels – pharmacy, health professionals, DTC, Amazon, TikTok Shop and more – across Australia, USA, UK and Europe.
Digital accounts for a large portion of revenue, and there's a huge list of growth opportunities we know we need but haven't had the hands for: email, lifecycle, content, ads, social, community, SEO, AEO/GEO/AIO/WTF.
You'd be helping build programs and campaigns with us from the start, not just inheriting someone else's.
What you might actually do
Rebuild our email & lifecycle program
Welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back. The channel with the most untapped value, and it'll be substantially yours. We're on Klaviyo, but looking at AI-native options.
Keep our channels humming
Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop, and a number of smaller marketplaces. Alongside dedicated agencies, you'll own the listings, performance reports, and optimising them to increase conversion and drive sales.
APAC retail marketing support
We have an agency managing relationships and promotional calendars, but need someone to help ensure we're on top of asset and collateral needs for point-of-sale, catalogues and whatever our pharmacy and grocery partners need.
Create great content
Social posts, ads, SEO articles, AI optimised FAQs, product copy, the marketing calendar. Replying to reviews, helping with customer support, educating our audience about the benefits of nasal breathing. It can be drafted with AI, but always edited with judgement and care.
Help define the brand voice
Our brands are mature, but our approach isn't set. We have an opportunity to re-think our voice for a younger generation, and want someone who can help push the boundaries. At the same time, medical devices are regulated and we need to keep compliant. It's a fun challenge if you're up for it.
Ad hoc duties
We half-jokingly add this to all job descriptions as a catch-all. But honestly, it's not wrong. We're a small team and everyone chips in when needed. That might be helping unload some stock from a truck or helping recruit people for a user trial.
Implement AI, intelligently
We're not using AI to appease the market or generate slop. We're using it intelligently to make the most of a small team and help us deliver outsized results. Just this year we've built a new operating system for the business, bringing together our stock management, CRM, task tracking, analytics and more into a central hub that our agents can access. It's been a largely internal undertaking, but we're ready to take it external for marketing, sales outreach, customer support and more. All while ensuring customers are getting the best experience we can deliver.

How we work
Chat with Claude, confirm with team, deploy quickly.
You'll work directly with the GM of Digital and a growing team of AI agents. Yes, really. We want the tools to do the heavy lifting so your time goes to judgement, relationships, and the work that actually moves the business. If you think AI is cheating, this isn't your job. If you think it's a superpower, we want to hear from you.
The honest bit
Not for you if...
- You need a big team around you.
- You like explicit instructions and a set plan.
- You want a famous brand on your LinkedIn.
- You've never dabbled with AI.
- You don't want to 10x a business.
For you if...
- You want ownership and can deliver.
- You want breadth across channels.
- You want experience in multiple markets.
- You're 1–3 years in and learn fast.
- You'd prefer to learn and fail than not try.
How to apply
Use AI to apply. We assume you will anyway.
We're not grading your ability to write a cover letter unassisted in 2026, because that's not the role. We're grading your taste, your approach, your thoughtfulness. Send us the best thing you can make: an email you'd send our customers, a TikTok concept, a rewrite of this page. Show us judgement, not effort.
To apply
Pair the above with a CV and a short note on why this role, and send it through to digital@rhinomed.global.
Not the job for you?
We get it. All good. If you know someone it might fit, please send it to them.
